Privacy Notice

When you enquire, book, or book a meeting, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address and phone number, and the package and region you’re interested in. If you pay by card, payment is handled by our payment provider — we do not store your card details.

With your consent, we also collect analytics and advertising data (e.g. via Google and Meta) to understand how this page performs. Essential functionality works without these.

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and confirm your booking;
• send you event-related communication and confirmation emails;
• arrange meetings you request with the organiser;
• measure and improve our advertising, where you have consented.

We share information only with processors who help us run the Event and this site — including our email/CRM platform (Klaviyo), our scheduling tool (Calendly), our payment provider (Stitch, once live), and analytics/advertising platforms (Google and Meta) where you have consented. They process your information on our instructions.

Non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) load only after you accept them in our consent banner. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie and you can change it by clearing your cookies. Declining does not affect your ability to enquire, book, or attend.

We keep your information for as long as needed to run the Event and meet our legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.

Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@primedeskvirtual.org.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
