The fine print, plainly.
- Every player package covers 18 holes with a cart and refreshments, the prize giving, and a seat at the gala dinner. Four-ball and eight-ball packages add branded carts and grouped gala seating. Exact inclusions are confirmed on your invoice.
- All sales are final and non-refundable. Once you have secured a place — whether a single seat, a four-ball, or a sponsorship — the amount paid is not refundable. Places are transferable to another guest with written notice before the event; talk to the organiser.
- Smart golf attire on the course (collared shirt, no metal spikes). The gala dinner is smart-casual to formal — think jacket optional, but bring one if in doubt.
- Yes. Flag any dietary requirements when you book or reply to your confirmation email, and we'll pass them to the kitchen. Halaal, kosher, vegetarian and vegan options are available with notice.
- When you book your spot, we'll email you an invoice with our banking details and a unique payment reference. Pay by EFT (bank transfer) using that reference, and your place is confirmed once payment reflects. Card payment on the site is coming soon.
- Absolutely. Four-ball and eight-ball packages keep your group together, and the Title Sponsor package puts your name on the day. Other sponsorship tiers exist on enquiry — book a meeting with the organiser and we'll talk you through them.
