Terms & Conditions

All sales are final and non-refundable. Once a place is secured — whether a single seat, a four-ball, an eight-ball, or a sponsorship — the amount paid is not refundable under any circumstances, including non-attendance.

Places are transferable to another guest at no charge, provided you give the organiser written notice before the Event. The replacement guest is bound by these same terms.

This replaces any previous cancellation arrangement. There is no partial refund and no 50% cancellation credit.

Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and are confirmed by us at the point of booking. A place is only secured once payment (or an agreed invoice) is settled. While card checkout is being finalised, we will send your payment link directly after you enquire.

Package inclusions are indicative and confirmed on your invoice.

The Event comprises a golf challenge, a VIP business dialogue and a black-tie prize-giving dinner, hosted as a provincial edition of the Government vs Business Leadership Golf Challenge 2026. The running order, format and timings are indicative and may change. We will confirm the final schedule on registration.

We may make reasonable changes to the venue, date, format or programme. If the Event is postponed, your place will carry to the rescheduled date.

Guests must follow the venue’s rules, dress code and the directions of Event staff. We may refuse entry to, or remove, any guest behaving unreasonably, without refund.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Event is limited to the amount you paid for your place. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Photography and filming may take place at the Event for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such media, unless you tell us otherwise in writing beforehand.
